Divide customers into different classes based on common characteristics like products purchased and behaviors and personalize the approach effectively by constantly implementing new flows and automations
Connect new and relevant communication channels and build new as well as integrate into existing flows
Adopt new trends & strategies to expand the customer base such as upselling and cross-selling
Keep customers updated and run effective promotional activities to optimize sales growth and customer retention
Use existing customer data to gain new leads and potential customers
Understand previous customer attitudes to better engage current customers
Identify the most efficient customer interaction approaches & prioritize them accordingly
Coordinate different departments in terms of their customer interactions and establish a way to increase the level and effectiveness of their cooperation
You have 2-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
You have a degree in a marketing or business administration related field
You like to take responsibility for your area of work
Ideally, you’ve already set up the CRM for a start-up or e-commerce company and have leadership experience
Experienced in E-Mail Marketing tools such as Klaviyo or Hubspot
You are a creative person, passionate about our brand, and want to form the future of digital education with us
You are highly motivated, see new challenges as an opportunity and want to implement your own ideas
You are business fluent in English and German and you have strong interpersonal communication skills
