Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to join our team. This position is the ideal launch pad for a successful career in the startup industry, giving you exposure to a variety of departments and topics. As an Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in setting up and refining cross-organizational processes to ensure our operations run smoothly and effectively. You will also have the unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, gaining exposure to key strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Process Structuring: Develop, implement, and optimize internal processes such as service level agreements, pricing, and order forms to make sure we launch customers faster and increase operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external stakeholders including our partner Visa, investors, legal advisors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Legal Coordination: Keep track of all legal matters and coordinate with external legal advisors.
  • Information Security & Compliance: Coordinate with external advisors to ensure our information security and compliance measures are up to date.
  • OKR Management: Oversee the progress and align stakeholders on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align with company goals.
