Meet the team behind this journey
We are now looking for a Sr. Integrated Campaigns Manager – DeepL Voice to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for one of our most exciting products: DeepL Voice. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, and brand storytelling, bringing together strategy, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth.
You will shape how the world understands and experiences DeepL Voice, our next-generation AI communication solution designed for secure, natural, and multilingual voice translation.
Your responsibilities
Lead integrated campaign strategy and execution for DeepL Voice across digital, content, events, and partner channels, owning planning, budgeting, timelines, and cross-functional coordination from concept to launch.
Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, outcome-driven narratives that educate the market on the value of AI-powered voice translation for global business communication.
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams to develop go-to-market programs, enablement materials, and lead-generation sequences aligned with product roadmap and regional priorities.
Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Regional Marketing teams to produce and localize campaign assets.
Drive measurable impact on awareness, adoption, and pipeline, setting and tracking KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI, and applying data-driven optimization and A/B testing.
Maintain a global campaign calendar and asset library, ensuring brand consistency, message alignment, and timely deployment across all touchpoints.
Leverage insights and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategy, refine positioning, and identify new opportunities in emerging AI communication markets.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and campaign excellence, sharing learnings, best practices, and post-mortem analyses to continually improve performance and scalability.
Qualities we look for
8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution.
Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth through integrated campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in campaign analytics and performance optimization.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
AI literacy, including familiarity with GenAI tools for campaign planning, content creation, and execution.
Preferred experience in AI/ML product marketing or emerging technology categories requiring market education.
Preferred previous experience in high-growth SaaS companies (Series B–IPO stage).
