Meet the team behind this journey

We are a growing international and passionate accounting team of accounts payable, general ledger accounts and IFRS specialists striving for a timely and smooth closing process and preparing accurate financial statements.

Your responsibilities
  • As a part of the General Ledger team, you'll take care of the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements under IFRS together with the general ledger team
  • You take care of HGB/IFRS-compliant accounting, valuation and journal entry posting of all business transactions
  • You will be involved in the further development of internal accounting processes, accounting guidelines, structures and standards, also regarding digitalisation and enhancement of the monthly closing process
  • You will be collaborating with the whole accounting team as well as our external tax advisors in the Netherlands, Poland and Japan herewith you will contribute to a smooth closing process for diverse local GAAP purposes

Qualities we look for

  • A successfully completed business studies degree or commercial training
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and preparation of financial statements, ideally at a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company with SE or AG group structure.
  • Relevant experience in various ERP systems is a must, very good knowledge of common MS-Office tools, experience with Workday is a bonus.
  • Outgoing and self-motivated personality with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A high degree of personal responsibility, transparency as well as a structured and goal-oriented approach to work and high attention to detail.
