Meet the teams behind this journey
The DeepL Digital Lifecycle team operates as a cross-functional unit aligned with the customer journey, serving as a pivotal hub for customer communication through email and various channels within DeepL. Positioned centrally, we manage numerous automated e-mail journeys as well as the DeepL Academy in order to onboard our customers properly and deliver a world class continuous learning experience. Our unwavering belief in the quality of our products, technology, and mission drives us as we play a vital role in sharing DeepL's narrative on a global scale.

Your responsibilities
Orchestrate the development and expansion of our customer-facing DeepL Academy, a self-learning platform for onboarding and continuous learning
Coordinate with other teams on required resources (copy, design, video) and priorities enabling you to build out courses and learning tracks
Align with product and product marketing to ensure our customers can learn about our latest features as they ship
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accessibility and user rights for different customer tiers (High Touch, Scale, Tech-Touch, Trial Customers and Free Accounts).
Coordinate the localization of DeepL Academy into multiple languages
Continuous monitoring, analysis and reporting of usage with data-driven decision making
Regularly present current campaigns, results and recommendations for action to larger groups
5+ years' experience of owning a customer-facing LMS
Proven track record of building learning paths and courses in the SaaS and B2B space
Exceptional analytical and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage expectations and learn from results
Experience with Hubspot preferred to connect our courses with email notifications and other logic
Experience with gamification + certification in B2B
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable with shifting projects and tight deadlines
Comfortable working in a scale-up environment
Strong work ethic, collaborative mindset and a hands-on, proactive attitude
Knowledge of measuring success metrics and a solid understanding of best practices and industry standards
