You will work collaboratively with experts from P&G including Finance, Sales Category Managers and Marketing to develop the right business strategies and business plans to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for our brands in the marketplace.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing superior in-store presence of our brands in a defined geographic territory. You will be leading a significant part of our business and be able to immediately see the results of your work.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and identify opportunities for account growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal multifunctional teams such as marketing, product supply, and finance
- Secure favorable agreements and ensure compliance
- Prepare regular sales forecasts to track performance and plan future activities
- Monthly salary starting from 900 000 KZT gross
- Annual bonus

- Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation)
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Relevant job experience is not mandatory but preferable
- Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
