Location: Bucharest Intelligence Hub | Hybrid Work Model (3days/week from the office)

What You’ll Do

• Be a Brand Ambassador & Consumer Champion: Beyond standard support, you will act as a trusted advisor for P&G consumers and brands, leveraging your German skills to manage inquiries across multiple channels (written and call interactions). You'll provide holistic support, applying empathy and a people-oriented approach to guide consumers through their journey with our products.
• Engage & Listen: Understand consumer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Resolve Issues: Manage complaints efficiently, collaborating with team leaders for timely solutions.
• Document & Improve: Keep accurate records and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey.
• Follow Through: Ensure cases are resolved and consumers stay informed.
• Learn & Grow: Participate in training sessions and support onboarding of new team members.

Important Note for Part-Time Applicants:

• Successful part-time candidates will be required to commit to a full-time training schedule for the first two months of their role. Following the completion of this essential training period, your working hours will transition to your agreed-upon part-time schedule.

• 💰 Competitive Pay (starting salary): 9,200 RON gross/month for full-time role or prorated for part-time. Additionally, you will benefit from a prorated13th salary + vacation bonus.

Job Qualifications

• Students from minimum 2nd year Bachelor's and above are welcome to apply for full-time or part-time options
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (proficient level required)
