Job Summary:

Lead livestream content (what consumer see and hear) strategy.

This role will own the training and capability building of livestreamers (Tmall, JD, DY, VIP), livestream spiels toolkits & bring to life to drive business outcomes.

You will leverage data-driven insights to tailor content and communication strategies, creatively activate campaign visuals into compelling livestream experiences, and continuously innovate content to engage and convert viewers.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in livestream management, digital marketing, or e-commerce content development, preferably within beauty, skincare, or luxury brand environments.
  • Strong capability in content generation, with the ability to create engaging, fresh, and on-brand digital content tailored to livestream formats.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work effectively with marketing, sales, creative, and analytics teams to drive integrated livestream initiatives.
  • Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on delivering measurable business outcomes through training, content, and execution excellence.
  • Proficient in data analysis to extract meaningful target audience and performance insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing and developing talent, including training, performance assessment, and team building, with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and ensuring timely, quality execution of livestream events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coach hosts and conduct effective trainings.
  • Familiarity with livestream platforms, social commerce tools, and digital analytics/AI software is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
