Your work will translate ideas and insights into compelling, on-brand visuals optimized for performance and tailored to the unique needs of various platforms and retailers. This hands-on role requires fast, iterative work in a dynamic environment. As a digital designer, you will create and execute high-quality digital assets for Charmin, Bounty, and Puffs across media and eContent channels. This hands-on role requires fast, iterative work in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate closely with designers, animators, freelancers, and other creatives to deliver consistent, on-strategy execution.
What You’ll Do
- Develop platform-specific content that drives traffic, builds consumer trust, and increases engagement across Walmart, Amazon, Target, Fire TV, Hulu, and other digital channels.
- Design across multiple formats, including static images, basic animations (GIFs, short videos), and simple motion graphics.
- Stay informed about content performance, industry trends, and best practices, sharing insights with the design team to inspire fresh ideas.
- React quickly and creatively to shifting priorities and timely business needs.
- Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and quality in partnership with Integrated Growth Leads (IGLs), brand teams, and media partners.
- Translate brand strategy, product benefits, and consumer insights into compelling visual stories and creative concepts.
- Leverage AI tools like Adobe Firefly and Nano Banana to accelerate ideation and enhance creative output.
- Collaborate with fellow designers and content managers to finalize assets that meet specific platform requirements.
- Own projects from concept through delivery, iterating based on feedback, user testing, and performance data.
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in digital or graphic design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating exceptional design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, composition, visual hierarchy) across social media, eContent, and digital commerce.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific design needs and proven ability to create engaging native content for diverse digital channels.
- Ability to work efficiently during fast-paced content cycles while producing a high volume of relevant assets.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and basic animation tools.
- Knowledge of file optimization including load speed, formats, and compression.
- Comfortable receiving direction and iterating rapidly on creative work based on feedback.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate ideation and content creation.
- Demonstrated agility in learning and adopting new AI platforms and design technologies.
- Strong visual storytelling, concept development, and creative writing skills (preferred).
