Job Responsibilities:

An ICA engineer for P&G Taicang plant. He will be responsible to design control system and deliver automation project.

As site ICA engineering, you will take responsible for / to:

• Understand and analyze production technologies and techniques in the factory, identifying potential improvement opportunities and efficiency enhancements.
• Lead development of specifications, evaluate technical options, and execute robust learning plans are executed to ensure technical readiness for automation and control system design
• Ability to develop and debug automation system by yourself and bring in new ideas from industry an apply them to business and technical challenges.
• Connect industry both internally and externally to bring new automation landing at plant.
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical or Automation.
• Be familiar with ITOT architecture, knowing MES, PLC and HMI programming and debugging, prefer familiar with AB/Siemens/Innovance systems
• Work experience in non-standard automation and electrical development, with priority given to the daily FMCG.
• Familiarity with electrical design standards such as EN60204 and equipment safety standards such as ISO13849, have experience in electrical design and safety circuit design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with different departments and suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think independently and propose innovative solutions.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English is preferred but not necessary
• Familiar with vision system, especially computer vision will be a plus
• Experience with machine learning/deep learning will be a plus
