We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager with a strong focus on trimester campaign planning and brand orchestration to drive cohesive brand experiences and sustained market impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trimester Brand Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement integrated brand activation campaigns on a trimester basis to systematically build brand awareness, engagement, and market share over time.
- Brand Orchestration & Content Strategy: Lead brand orchestration efforts by coordinating multi-channel touchpoints and ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging. Oversee content creation and management to maintain alignment with target audience interests and overall brand strategy.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with celebrities, key opinion leaders, and agencies to amplify brand presence and facilitate successful campaign delivery.
- Budget Management & Performance Optimization: Manage the brand budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI on trimester campaigns. Continuously monitor industry trends and campaign performance to drive ongoing improvements.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social/digital marketing and brand management within the consumer goods industry, with demonstrated expertise in holistic and trimester-based campaign planning.
- Prior experience in the beauty and skincare sector is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Results-driven mindset with strong self-motivation and personal accountability.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to orchestrate brand efforts across teams.
