Lead a dedicated team managing all aspects of accounting and financial reporting activities.
Ensure adherence to both U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local statutory requirements.
Lead financial statement report analysis and support for budgeting, forecasting, and management reviews.
Collaborate closely with business team, tax, regional controllers, corporate accounting experts, and external auditors across various business scenarios
Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the accounting function
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, providing regular coaching and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable
Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit firms, with demonstrated expertise in financial statement auditing.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret financial data
Effective communication skills to collaborate with multi-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in English communication and capable of working effectively in an English professional environment.
