Own end-to-end execution of Douyin (DY) KOL livestream collaborations, including pre-livestream preparation, timeline management, and hands-on execution support to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery.
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Dcom, brand, media) and external partners (livestream vendors, MCNs, KOL teams), maintaining day-to-day communication to track readiness, identify risks, and resolve execution issues.
Support Dcom ABM on livestream content ideation by translating Douyin content trends into clear, executable ideas for KOL livestream content.
Track and consolidate livestream performance data, support post-livestream reviews, and summarize execution learnings to continuously optimize future KOL collaborations.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in Douyin content, livestream formats, and platform trends; experience in KOL collaboration or livestream execution is a plus.
Solid communication and coordination skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership and execution mindset, with attention to detail and accountability.
Creative and proactive, able to turn ideas into practical execution plans.
