Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Analytics & Insight is a critical leadership role within the Brand Function. This role is responsible for elevating the organization’s capability to decode consumer insights, influence business decisions, and build superior brands.
This role requires mastery of advanced consumer understanding methodologies, the ability to define research excellence, and the development of new digital and AI‑enabled capabilities. The Senior Manager translates insights into ideas that help our brands win in an increasingly complex and digital consumer landscape.

YOUR RESPONSIBILIIES AS AN A&I MANAGER:
Consumer Insight and Research Methodology
- Establish, unify, and continuously elevate consumer research standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and strong stewardship across all research.
- Lead capability development for teams in consumer understanding, human and behavioural science, and learning design.
- Embed brand‑building fundamentals (e.g., WHO / WHAT / HOW, brand equity pyramids, Jobs‑to‑Be‑Done) into all insight work to drive consistent application across teams.
- Act as the insight lead for top‑priority category projects, including portfolio innovation, brand communication, consumer segmentation, brand equity strategy, and go‑to‑market implications.
- Translate deep consumer understanding into sharp strategic choices that influence brand and company strategy.
- Collaborate with multi‑functional and multi‑regional business teams, working closely with Brand Management, Finance, Sales, R&D, and other functions to explore category growth opportunities.
- Leverage integrative thinking to transform insights into clear business actions together with key business partners.
- Identify, pilot, and scale new digital tools, AI technologies, and modern insight techniques that improve the speed, depth, and relevance of consumer understanding.
- Partner with internal digital and AI teams to embed solutions such as GenAI‑assisted exploration, social listening, digital twins, and research automation tools.
- Enable insight‑led brand content and retail journey understanding across e‑commerce, social, and emerging platforms.
- Business responsibilities from day one, working with key brands and collaborating with business teams and retailer customers.

Qualification:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience in consumer insights, market knowledge, or insight strategy roles.
- Proven mastery of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and insight translation.
- Demonstrated leadership on major brand or category projects with clear business impact.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and influencing skills with senior business leaders.
- Experience in driving organizational capability, establishing standards, or elevating functional mastery (strongly preferred).
- Passion for understanding consumers and culture, with the ability to convert insight into clear strategic action.
- Curiosity and openness toward digital, AI, and tech‑enabled research approaches.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
