Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end JD online business management for the assigned category, including strategic planning, sales execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with key customers, delivering mutual value through effective joint business planning and collaboration.
  • Conduct detailed business analysis to identify gaps and issues; design and implement targeted action plans to drive continuous improvement and close performance gaps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure aligned strategies and seamless execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and adapt business strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3-5 years of relevant FMCG Ecom sales related platform (Tmall/JD) experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts effectively.
  • Exceptional selling skills with strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
