Job Description
We’re looking for a Central Quality Specialist to support our strategic operations and local management by ensuring full compliance with quality systems, regulations, and performance measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of one or more Quality Systems in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Balance quality standards with business performance objectives, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
- Guarantee right-first-time project implementation, preventing critical or major quality issues.
- Execute and support both the global P&G quality strategy and local regulatory requirements.
- Prioritize actions based on business needs and capacity, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- BSc degree in Pharmacy or Science with (0-3) years of experience
- English fluency, spoken & written
- Digital fluency, including AI, Data Analytics and Data Visualization skills
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Good Business Writing skills
