- Partnering closely with business leaders as a strategic advisor on organization, talent, and leadership topic.
- Driving organization effectiveness, culture, and engagement through disciplined execution of key initiatives
- Leveraging data, systems, and HR expertise to enable individuals and organizations to achieve superior performance
- Continuously improving HR processes and ways of working to support business growth and transformation
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership maturity, including strong analytical judgment, learning agility, resilience, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders to drive outcomes in a dynamic business context.
- Familiarity with digital tools and data‑driven ways of working is an advantage;
- Flexible and willing to work in different cities nationwide on a variety of HR assignments
