At P&G, HR is a strategic, business‑integrated leadership role. As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead organizations through assessment, design, transition, and continuous improvement—directly impacting business results, culture, and long‑term capability building.

Responsibilities:

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for building people and leadership capabilities, developing an adaptive and high‑performance organization, and strengthening P&G's competitive advantage through people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and execution of HR strategies, initiatives, and programs aligned with business and organizational priorities
  • Partnering closely with business leaders as a strategic advisor on organization, talent, and leadership topic.
  • Driving organization effectiveness, culture, and engagement through disciplined execution of key initiatives
  • Leveraging data, systems, and HR expertise to enable individuals and organizations to achieve superior performance
  • Continuously improving HR processes and ways of working to support business growth and transformation

Over time, you will acquire experience in a variety of HR functions and practices, including HR Business Partnering, Centers of Excellence, and People Services, spanning diverse businesses, brands, and geographic locations.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership maturity, including strong analytical judgment, learning agility, resilience, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders to drive outcomes in a dynamic business context.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and data‑driven ways of working is an advantage;
  • Flexible and willing to work in different cities nationwide on a variety of HR assignments

Work Location:

Guangzhou/Shanghai/Beijing/Tianjin/Taicang/Chengdu (depending on job openings upon join-in)

Interview Cities:

Guangzhou/Beijing/Shanghai
