Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end build, deployment, and operation of the MarTech and AI technology stack across channels and platforms.
- Define and evolve AI‑enabled marketing capabilities across content systems, search, and go‑to‑market execution.
- Translate business needs into scalable, compliant technology solutions, delivering measurable digital and commerce outcomes.
- Lead AI‑driven content and experience optimization initiatives
- Act as a bridge between Marketing and IT, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.
- Influence cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver complex initiatives in matrixed environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in MarTech, digital marketing technology, or AI‑enabled digital transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems (e.g. CRM, CDP/DMP, analytics, content and marketing automation platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills; able to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- High learning agility with interest in emerging AI and digital technologies
