Job Description
The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) delivers technical expertise to drive superior work processes and execution for multiple categories on the Target Team.
The SOS role is primarily responsible for:
- Building team capacity and effectiveness via ownership of processes within core business deliverables including: category promotion input and maintenance, sales plan maintenance in Salesforce, trade fund management inputs, standard business reporting.
- Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and internal partners.
- Operational Discipline – Attention to detail, high level of organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a team environment
- Initiative – Self motivated with a get-up-and-go attitude.
- Technical Proficiency – intermediate skills in Microsoft Office tools, with a technical aptitude and comfort towards learning additional software applications
- Continual Improvement & Growth Mindset – Proactively identify opportunities to affect projects/work processes and executes within ownership area
- Communication – Ability to explain complex information pertinent to ownership area and lend direction to others
- Availability– candidates must be available to start April- June 2026
