Our Kiev based team is looking for candidates for the position: Transportation Operations Planner
As a Transportation Planner, you will be the primary point of contact and coordination for our logistics operations. Your mission is to ensure our products flow seamlessly from our sites to our customers, guaranteeing on-time delivery and top-tier service. You'll be a key player in optimizing our network for both speed and cost, making a direct impact on our business and customer satisfaction.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
- Orchestrate Daily Shipments: You'll manage all our daily transport orders (FTL, LTL), ensuring every shipment has a carrier, a clear schedule, and is moving in the most efficient way possible using our logistics tools (e.g., SAP, TMS).
- Be the Carrier & Partner Hub: Act as the main point of contact for our carriers, customer teams, and shipping sites. You'll build strong relationships to manage capacity and handle urgent requests with a problem-solving approach.
- Proactive Problem Solving: By monitoring shipments, you'll identify potential delays and take decisive action to keep things on track.
- Drive for Improvement: Analyze our performance data to spot trends and identify opportunities.
- Manage Costs and Service: Work with our carriers to ensure they meet their commitments. When challenges arise, you'll find the best solution to maintain service without unnecessary costs.

The Role Requires:
- Required Languages: English (Upper – Intermediate).
- Experience: Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is a strong plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP or a TMS is an advantage.
- A Collaborative Spirit: You excel at working with different teams and partners to achieve a common goal. Your communication skills are top-notch.
- A Proactive Mindset: You're a natural problem-solver who can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and has a strong sense of urgency. You see challenges as opportunities.
- Eager to Learn: You have a genuine curiosity and a drive to constantly develop your skills.
