Job Description:
Qualification:
- Leverage shopper insight and business data to develop differentiated by customer strategies
- Lead and develop integrated Customer Media plans (e.g., retailer app, LINE, retailer media, CRM, co-marketing, collaborative ads) to drive user and business growth
- Partner with sales team to co-create Joint Business Planning (JBP) with retailers and drive scalable impact to all P&G brands
- Collaborate across internal brand, sales team and external retailers to align annual priority, investment, key initiative calendar and business outcome
- Create seamless instore Path to Purchase journey via maximizing instore visibility, shopper-based design and agency capability
Qualification:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in brand building or customer/ trade marketing
- Demonstrated ability to contribute and execute strategies in a team or organization
- Experience in identifying and leading developments of new ideas and innovation
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills to nurture relationships internally and externally
- Able to work under limited supervision and follow defined precedents and policies
- High learning agility to develop new knowledge and keep in touch with latest external customer/ shopper dynamic
