• You will be the go-to on the ground contact for our supply base in your market(s). To our suppliers, you will be the face of Blacklane.
• You will manage and improve the supply quality and engagement from our external partners (professional chauffeurs) within your market(s) with support from a Senior or Lead Market Manager.
• You will engage closely with your local supply base. Offering them guidance on how to best improve their business with Blacklane and staying close to their concerns and suggestions on how we can improve the experience for them.
• You will be the main contact for our Partner Support teams. Making sure that they have all relevant local information needed to properly support our external partners (professional chauffeurs).
• When needed, you will handle escalated support issues from our external partners (professional chauffeurs) that our support teams are not best-equipped to handle themselves.
• You will support the Senior or Lead Market Manager in operational tasks needed to effectively manage your market.
• You will pair your local expertise with analysis on performance metrics to work with the Senior or Lead Market Manager to best decide how to grow the market moving forward.
• You will be responsible for performing regular quality checks of the supply partners in your market.

ABOUT YOU:

• You are currently based in Milan and can speak Italian fluently.
• You have 3+ years relevant experience working face to face with external suppliers and in operations.
• You’re passionate about building a sense of community with suppliers.
• You are convincing, personable, helpful & prefer to be out in the field rather than behind a desk.
• You demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, team spirit, independence, and drive.
• You have excellent organizational, communication & prioritization skills.
• Analytical skills required - experience with tableau, salesforce, is a plus
• An interest in service excellence, premium hospitality and travel.
• Comfortable with travelling up to 30% of the time.
