The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility in the Miami market. This role will require a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, PR, Digital, and Product teams. You will work closely with senior leadership to align regional marketing efforts with overall company objectives, ensuring that our premium service offerings stand out in a competitive luxury transportation landscape.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Regional Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to grow the brand and customer base within the Miami region, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and premium travelers.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Market Research & Analytics: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance. Use data to track campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and build partnerships with luxury brands, local businesses, hotels, and event organizers to enhance the brand’s presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Content Creation & Brand Messaging: Oversee content development for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising materials, ensuring it reflects the high-end nature of the brand.
  • Event & Experiential Marketing: Organize and execute exclusive events, promotions, and VIP experiences that build brand loyalty and raise awareness within the local community.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are integrated into sales, customer service, and product strategies. Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing team members or interns when applicable.
  • Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to drive maximum ROI.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Provide regular reporting on marketing campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI, and use insights to continuously optimize marketing activities.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced marketing certifications preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably within luxury, hospitality, or transportation sectors
  • Strong ability to develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies aligned with broader company goals.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Expertise in balancing creative ideation with data-driven decision-making to deliver compelling campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft high-quality content and persuasive messaging for luxury audiences.
  • Fluency in English, other languages are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Miami market and experience engaging affluent consumers in this region.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, paid ads, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.).
