As the General Manager for Miami, you will own the entire Miami P&L, build and lead a high-performing team, and drive market growth. You will also be the face of Blacklane in Miami, representing the brand to both customers and external stakeholders. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities who thrives in a fast-paced environment.



YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Market Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy to drive growth and establish Blacklane as the premier chauffeur service in Miami.
  • P&L Management: Own the Miami P&L, ensuring financial targets are met through strategic planning and efficient operations.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates and retains top talent.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure high customer retention and frequency by delivering exceptional service and customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary representative of Blacklane in Miami, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize tools such as Google Suite and Tableau to analyze data, track performance, and inform strategic decisions.
