The Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and senior leadership team by overseeing strategic initiatives, managing key projects, and driving operational excellence across the organization. Serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO, the Chief of Staff conducts in-depth analysis, provides strategic counsel, and ensures effective communication and alignment on priorities. With a focus on driving efficiency and facilitating decision-making, the Chief of Staff acts as a liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders, contributing to its overall success through effective leadership and execution.

The position directly reports to the CEO and oversees one direct report, who serves as the Assistant to the C-Level.


  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic counsel and insights on key business decisions.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and research to support strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Drive operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials for executive meetings and presentations.
  • Monitor and track progress on strategic initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending course corrections as needed.
  • Implement and manage OKRs by facilitating communication between departments, aligning objectives and key results with the overall business strategy, and ensuring that teams deliver/hold accountable and remain focused on their priorities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the Executive Assistant to the C-Level, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and customer-centricity. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.


  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting with a top-tier firm, preferably from one of the leading three consulting companies.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to excel in a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup environment.
