YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Work closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to inform design and development priorities.
• Clarify goals, requirements and success metrics. Develop service maps and user journeys to facilitate understanding. Create innovative UX and UI designs leveraging our UI kits and design systems.
• Collaborate with your talented research and design colleagues to ensure all of our products are complementary and work well together for our end users. Design for our consumer, supplier and internal products to interact seamlessly.
• Design and execute user research including usability tests and participate in contextual, qualitative studies.
• Consistently advocate for users’ needs and human-centered design.

ABOUT YOU:

• A designer with deep skills in discovery, workflows and UX with 5+ years experience designing for consumer and enterprise products across web, iOS and Android platforms.
• You enjoy taking ownership of a topic, bringing good ideas to life, and guiding them through to ship.
• You work across functional teams to understand the problem and needs of both the business and our users.
• You are proactive and confident in facilitating discussions, workshops and you develop methods to bring colleagues to alignment.
• You come with an opinion but you’re flexible and pragmatic. You respectfully challenge assumptions, give feedback, and build consensus.
• You set an agenda, improve processes inside and between teams, and build momentum.
• You are a holistic thinker who understands when changes are made in one product, the others must be positively affected.
• You are an expert with Figma and expect to be learning new tools regularly.
• Background in visual design is a big plus.
• Experience working with multiple agile teams is a big plus.
• Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus.
• A degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Behavioral Psychology or similar is preferred – but anyone with a strong product design background is encouraged to apply.
