Beekeeper is searching for a Product Operations Manager who can fuse process improvements with delivery momentum. In this role you’ll align product, engineering, and go-to-market teams around clear rituals and data-driven priorities; shepherd complex, multi-squad initiatives from scope to launch; and embed a continuous-improvement mindset that lifts velocity and customer impact with every release. If you thrive on turning feedback into focus and ambiguity into predictable outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

Run the product operating system

  • Design and facilitate shared rituals, templates, and cadences that let PMs focus on product-building, not process-building.
  • Govern roadmaps — keep them current, consistent, and visible, and run roadmap-enablement with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Define trusted metrics, clean up tooling noise, and turn data into prioritisation conversations.

Orchestrate strategic cross-functional product projects

  • Own end-to-end project management for strategic product initiatives: scope, schedule, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  • Align with other Ops functions (e.g., RevOps, EngOps) to make sure programmes slot cleanly into wider company rhythms.

Champion a customer-feedback flywheel

  • Streamline collection, triage, and routing of user feedback so no signal is lost between Support, CS, and Product.
  • Feed insights back into planning, closing the loop with customer-facing teams.

Drive continuous improvement

  • Facilitate retrospectives, measure ROI of process changes, and iterate on the Product Ops maturity model as the company scales.
  • Proactively surface data-backed recommendations that raise the Product team’s velocity, quality, or predictability.

What we are looking for

Relevant expertise

  • 3+ years in Product Ops for B2B SaaS, owning cadences across 5+ squads.
  • Proven record of shipping complex, multi-team initiatives on time and to scope.

Delivery & process mastery

  • Turns product data into clear priorities and pragmatic decisions.
  • Builds playbooks, drives cross-functional adoption, and maintains crisp documentation.
  • Introduces just-enough process—adds structure without slowing teams down.

Communication & mindset

  • Excellent written / spoken English; translates tech detail into business impact.
  • Self-directed, structured, and adaptable—thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous settings.

Bonus Points

  • Scaled Product Ops from “shadow” to “strategic.” You’ve built the function, not just joined one.
  • Hands-on automation chops. You spin up dashboards (SQL/BI) or low-/no-code workflows to remove busy-work fast.
  • German proficiency. B2-level or higher is helpful for many of our customers.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems can be a plus—but real-world product-ops wins matter far more to us, so we keep this optional.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Phone & Home Internet costs reimbursement up to 80 PLN/month
  • Private health care package with Luxmed – covered for you and partially for your partner / family
  • Cafeteria benefits – monthly budget to cover sport cards or other purchases
  • Creative Allowance – paid as 1000 PLN gross/month
  • Home office set-up reimbursement up to 1000 PLN
  • Personal Learning & Development Budget of 1500 USD/year
  • Sabbatical Program – 1 month paid leave at 3, 6, 10 year tenure
  • 26 days of annual leave/year
  • 2 Mental Health days off per year

Benefits listed above are part of the compensation package for a contract of employment.
