Our Customer Experience team is excited to welcome a Customer Support & Success Intern to join us in our Berlin office. This internship offers a rare opportunity for a motivated graduate to gain hands-on experience in both Customer Support and Success while helping to develop scalable support processes in a fast-growing tech startup. You will play an essential role in supporting our customers on their ESG journey and contributing to the operational backbone of our team.
This is a minimum 6 months contract, with the option to extend to 12 months based on performance and mutual agreement or the possibility to transition into a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Success: Develop an in-depth understanding of our platform and ESG-related topics to empower customers and help them confidently use our app. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through messaging, email, and phone. Help customers confidently navigate our platform and ensure a seamless, positive experience. Prioritise and manage customer queries effectively to maintain high satisfaction.
- Operations & Process Development: Work alongside our Head of Customer Success to identify, design, and implement support processes that allow our team to scale efficiently.
- Knowledge Base & Documentation: Maintain thorough, customer-friendly documentation and contribute to developing our internal knowledge base, improving support quality and consistency.
- Feedback Collection & Sharing: Gather, track, and analyse customer feedback. Share key insights with the product team, to drive product improvements and inform about future features.
- Data-Driven Insights: Assist with the creation and analysis of customer support metrics to monitor customer satisfaction, identify trends, and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Graduate - Higher education, ideally in Business, Data, Sustainability, or related fields.
- Customer-Focused Experience: Previous experience in customer service, support, or related roles, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide thoughtful solutions.
- Operational Aptitude: Interest or experience in process development or operational tasks; familiarity with support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Aircall) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English (C1 level) to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across various levels.
- Proactive, Tech-Savvy, and Flexible: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Location
Our office is in Berlin. This role requires 3 days per week on-site, with some flexibility for remote work.
