Regulatory changes in the EU are requiring +50.000 companies and financial institutions to measure and report their sustainability performance within the next 2 years. Atlas is set to become the partner of choice by combining state-of-art ESG and engineering expertise in a highly intuitive product experience.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to enhance our digital marketing efforts, optimize online presence, and drive growth through strategic analysis and innovative campaigns. As one of the earliest employees, you will play a key role in our company. You will join an international team of talented, experienced engineers, designers and ESG professionals headquartered in Berlin during a high-growth phase of our business.

Tasks

  • Marketing strategy development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth. Assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performance marketing: Plan, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels (SEA, SEO, social media, email, events, etc.) to maximize reach and effectiveness. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • SEO and SEA management: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Manage SEA campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve high ROI.
  • Content creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates, to engage and attract the target audience.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of competitors. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain regular marketing reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and performance indicators. Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Event planning: Organize and manage events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services and engage with potential customers.

Requirements

  • You are experienced: You have 2+ years (Mid-level) or 5+ years (Senior-level) of experience in marketing management in a SaaS environment. You have a strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and brand management.
  • You are analytical: You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience in measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • You are entrepreneurial: You are results-driven and thrive in a startup environment. You understand core business priorities and KPIs. You think creatively, are solution-oriented, adaptable to change, and have a drive for continuous innovation.
  • You lead: You have excellent communication skills and are experienced in leading marketing initiatives in a remote-first environment with a distributed team.

Candidates must be fluent in German & English.

We are a remote-first company. You can either work out of our headquarters in Berlin or remotely. Choose the setup that works best for you. Remote locations should be within +/- 3 hours of CET time. We regularly get together at co-location weeks to strengthen a great culture across geographies.
