Atlas is set to become the partner of choice by combining state-of-art ESG and engineering expertise in a highly intuitive product experience.
We are looking for motivated junior candidates to join our growth team. As one of the earliest team members, you will play a key role in our company. You will join an international team of talented, experienced engineers, designers and ESG professionals headquartered in Berlin during a high-growth phase of our business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth company tackling critical sustainability challenges, learn from industry experts, and gain valuable experience and skills in multiple growth-related fields.
The position will start as a 6-month internship with the possibility of converting into a permanent position if you are successful in the role.

Tasks
- Sales: Support the sales team in lead generation and qualification; assist in managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities; help prepare sales presentations and proposals; conduct market research to identify potential customers.
- Marketing: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies; support performance marketing campaigns across various channels; contribute to SEO and SEA initiatives to enhance online visibility; create engaging content for blogs, articles, and social media.
- Sales Operations: Assist in optimizing sales processes and reporting; support the sales journey through data analysis and tool implementation; contribute to the adoption of sales tools and technologies; conduct analytical tasks to enhance sales performance.
- Customer Success: Assist in managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction; collaborate in developing and implementing customer success strategies; support the onboarding and training of new customers; conduct and analyze customer feedback surveys.
- You are motivated and goal-oriented: You have a strong interest in your chosen field and possess the relevant foundational skills. You are a creative thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- You are entrepreneurial: You are results-driven and thrive in a startup environment. You think creatively, are solution-oriented, adaptable to change, and have a drive for continuous innovation.
- You have strong analytical and creative skills: You have strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools, and a keen interest in marketing and digital strategies with good creative skills.
- You want to excel in sales and customer relationship management: You are passionate about these fields and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
