You’ll join our design team and work closely with one of our two cross-functional product teams, as well as senior leadership and ESG professionals. The product design team at Atlas Metrics

Our designers are strategic partners, from planning and product innovation to launch, leveraging a broad set of product design skills ranging from design thinking to interaction design, prototyping, user research, and design thinking to visual communication.

Tasks

  • You lead the end-to-end design process for parts of our software platform from concept to execution, ensuring a simple and engaging user experience.
  • You conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform your decisions.
  • You create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
  • You develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand identity and design principles.
  • You collaborate closely with one of our cross-functional teams to maximize outcomes while minimizing process waste.
  • You maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • You stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
  • You take ownership and propose and implement improvements
  • You regularly ask for feedback and facilitate internal and external mentorships.

Requirements

  • You are a seasoned Product or UX Designer with experience designing B2B SaaS products
  • You master design tools and methods, including Figma and design systems. You’re well-versed in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • You are customer-obsessed and have strong experience conducting user research
  • You have a deep understanding and experience in user-centric design principles, information architecture, usability, and interaction design
  • You have experience in fast-paced and agile working environments and have a strong track record in prioritizing and delivering projects on time
  • Growth mindset: You understand and have it.
  • You have exceptional communication skills. You’re fluent in English. German is a bonus.
  • You inspire people to reach the extraordinary. You work collaboratively, consider what’s best for the team, and cherish diversity and inclusion.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking: You are results-driven and thrive in a startup environment. You have a strong understanding of core business priorities and KPIs.
  • You’re experienced in working in a hybrid remote environment. Remote locations must be within +/- 3 hours of CET time. Being able to work 3+ days/week on-site in our beautiful office in Berlin is a big bonus.
