Do you excel at turning processes into seamless systems and thrive in a role where being an essential part of the operational excellence that propels our growth journey? In this role, you’ll work closely with our founder, Marc, to drive and execute sales operations, enhance client interactions, and enhance his ability to focus on critical growth and long-term success.

Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales Enablement:

  • Create and maintain sales materials, ensuring they are up-to-date, compelling, and aligned with our messaging.
  • Manage frequently asked questions (FAQs) during the lead process, providing accurate and helpful responses to prospective clients.
  • Support client pitches and product demos when Marc is unavailable, showcasing professionalism and a strong grasp of our product.

Client Engagement:

  • Attend conferences and events with other team members to represent Wallet Studio, fostering meaningful connections and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Serve as a reliable liaison between Marc, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity across all communications.
  • Drive to bring deals through, even without prior sales experience, you should find joy in closing deals.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure smooth execution of recurring processes, including managing contracts, NDAs, and client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and draft follow-up communications after client meetings, ensuring timely responses and professional representation.
  • Transfer and consolidate information from multiple sources, such as written text and handwritten notes, into clear and actionable formats.

Prioritization and Task Management:

  • Monitor and manage task timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Push forward key tasks with a clear understanding of organizational priorities, balancing urgency with sensitivity to team workloads.
  • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks or delays in processes, ensuring smooth workflows across the team.

Tools & Systems You’ll Be Familiar With:

  • Email & Calendar Management: Gmail, Google Calendar.
  • CRM System: HubSpot (to be migrated from: Zoho) to track leads and client interactions.
  • Document Creation & Management: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft office.
  • Task Tracking: Asana to manage recurring processes.
  • Presentation Tools: Apple Keynote to maintain sales materials.
  • Contract Management: DocuSign or similar for handling NDAs and contracts.

How You’ll Succeed:

  1. Support seamless sales operations and enhance client satisfaction.
  2. Execute tasks with a balance of independence and collaboration, maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability.
  3. Work closely with Marc to ensure his priorities are supported while managing your responsibilities with confidence and adaptability.
